Dr. Adil is having MBA in Hospital Management from NIMS, Jaipur and PGC in Quality Management from AHA hospital Management Institute, Noida. He did Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. He is having extensive experience of more than one decade in public health sector working with Government and Non-Governmental Organisations. His current thematic areas are Public Health Management Cadre, IPHS guidelines Preparation, Best Practices Workshops, Human Resources for health, Conduction of CRM. His long association with Ministry of Health and Family Welfare where he worked on different components of National Health Mission enhanced his expertise in public health policy and planning.
The Ujjwal germination started long back in 2009 to cater the need of rural, deprived, marginalised, remote and unprivileged. The rise of confidence and formation of Ujjwal embodied supporting, pushing, and enhancing capabilities of those who seem to have potential to grow but needed ignition.
