The two phases of female reproductive life span are crucial and need more attention- action to prevention. One is the onset of menstruation and other is the advanced stage of reproductive life pertaining to menopause. Altogether much effort has been put by the government, organisations around menstruation but the much-needed effort is required for the menopause span. These two aspects of female life are linked. The consistent effort, awareness, and action are needed for the reproductive health complications. We are working on a strategy to bring it into mainstream so the life of women can be prevented from possible complications during such phase.
The Ujjwal germination started long back in 2009 to cater the need of rural, deprived, marginalised, remote and unprivileged. The rise of confidence and formation of Ujjwal embodied supporting, pushing, and enhancing capabilities of those who seem to have potential to grow but needed ignition.
