She dealt largely with The US Healthcare, People & Team Management, Project Management and Business Transition. She understands the importance of optimizing business processes without sacrificing personal connections with employees. She thrives on encouraging employee performance and has been commended by senior leadership for her ability to ensure adherence to established organizational processes while maintaining a positive and motivating progressive culture.
