Dr. Jayatika holds MBA in Healthcare Management from Sikkim Manipal University. She completed Bachelor Degree in Dental Health from Seema Dental College & Hospital, Rishikesh. She remained associated with various Government departments and private hospitals, Uttarakhand state in the capacity of Dentist. She span over 5 years of experience in community and clinical health. She administered direct support for implementation of Community Processes (CP) and Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) programme. She is having expertise in providing hands on and field-based support for training, performance, monitoring, and strengthening support structures for generating evidences. She is having extensive work experience in Child Development, Nutrition, Women Empowerment and Community Strengthening.
The Ujjwal germination started long back in 2009 to cater the need of rural, deprived, marginalised, remote and unprivileged. The rise of confidence and formation of Ujjwal embodied supporting, pushing, and enhancing capabilities of those who seem to have potential to grow but needed ignition.
