Sandeep is graduated from Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. He has training of working with the communities and handling/solving the community problems. He actively remained engaged with community in pushing for positive change and progress. Sandeep is having experience of working at grass root level with vulnerable population to push them for education and bringing to school education. He is having professional experience of around two years in area of primary education, supply chain, market linked livelihood strategy and health preventive and promotive programmes. He is skilled in community engagement, sensitization & awareness, social capital and coordination management in field and office setting.
The Ujjwal germination started long back in 2009 to cater the need of rural, deprived, marginalised, remote and unprivileged. The rise of confidence and formation of Ujjwal embodied supporting, pushing, and enhancing capabilities of those who seem to have potential to grow but needed ignition.
