Dr. Shashank owns Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR, Bangalore. He completed Bachelors in Physiotherapy from Doon Paramedical College and Hospital. His eight years of experience largely span over public health management, research, hospital industry and academics. His work on COVID, RMNCH+A, Immunization, Child Health, Adolescent Health & Haemoglobinopathy under the umbrella of National Health Mission is an asset. He was teaching faculty at G.D. Goenka University, Gurgaon also. He largely worked for Uttarakhand and Union Government on public health cadre where he contributed on technical assistance for decentralized planning & strengthening health systems in the poor performing districts of country.
The Ujjwal germination started long back in 2009 to cater the need of rural, deprived, marginalised, remote and unprivileged. The rise of confidence and formation of Ujjwal embodied supporting, pushing, and enhancing capabilities of those who seem to have potential to grow but needed ignition.
