Dr. Shilpi holds Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR, Delhi and having Bachelor in Physiotherapy also. She is having around 8 years of professional work experience span over public health, health system strengthening and community awareness & sensitization. She has worked largely with World Health Organisation, National Health System Resource Centre and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. She worked in the capacity of programme officer, consultant and senior consultant. She remained actively engaged in providing direct support for implementation of NHM activities in allocated states. In addition, she is pivotal in facilitating various initiatives and monitoring the progress under health verticals.
The Ujjwal germination started long back in 2009 to cater the need of rural, deprived, marginalised, remote and unprivileged. The rise of confidence and formation of Ujjwal embodied supporting, pushing, and enhancing capabilities of those who seem to have potential to grow but needed ignition.
